It has been a significant period of time since I have been able to climb myself sore. It feels so good for my muscles to hurt. Climbing always allowed me to burn away the anxious energy and clear my head. Mentally feeling ready to take on the world. We have been on a very regular exercise routine. As with anything else, practice makes perfect and hard work pays off.
I am excited to keep the train rolling tomorrow. Better weather on the horizon and that means more climbing and a cleaner state of mind.
