back to good habits

It can be so tough regaining habits after quitting them. For me, writing this blog in the morning was the first thing to get cut when I needed more time. I am not sure why this, such a short task, was eliminated. I think that this is a habit I should never give up on. 

It is a clearing mechanism for me. I get to evacuate the struggle of the day. I love waking up and writing. It is a great feeling to start the day by allowing your thoughts to flow freely. Because that is all this is: a stream of consciousness.

I usually start with the title and let my instincts take over. I am learning how to balance everything as we move forward. The juggling act continues. The work is really just beginning. What are the critical components?

Good decisions require quality information and a clear head.
