personal perception

It’s brutal listening to myself speak on camera. The way I sound does not appeal to me. It can almost be cringeworthy sometimes. This is a battle I have been fighting with myself for years.

In person, I can focus on the interaction and dismiss the way I look and sound on recordings. The camera/mic leave everything bare. I even (jokingly, sort of) suggested to Samantha that I start wearing makeup for my Zoom meetings.

I have been spending so much time working on audio and video recordings over the past month or two. I am getting more comfortable with it. Practicing anything makes it easier. My comfort is rising and we are going to be coming out with TONS of new content.
