relaxing on

I took a mostly relaxing day yesterday. There were still a few meetings that needed to be addressed, so the day wasn’t entirely committed to catching my breath. However, I want to keep this good mental and physical feeling rolling.

It’s easy to get caught up telling yourself there is no room to breathe. Completing pitch day made me realize how unbalanced life has been for a few months. It’s time to try and regroup the lost balance. 

Running, date night, and climbing are being reintroduced into the mix. It feels so good to work my muscles. I sleep better, I have more energy, and I work harder. 

Self-love isn’t selfish - being your best means taking care of yourself. Just do it. There are no excuses but yourself. Find your sweet spot.
